Dudes Day Out Part I : AHM @ Laundry Bar, The Curve

Wooohoo!! Finally kaotim with my last paper on thursday!

YEARRGGHHH!! PARTY PARTY!! XD
Right after my paper, I called Abang Dani up : "Dude!! I'm free now!!" Then we went to The Curve to lepak and also support An Honest Mistake as they were performing in Laundry Bar at The Curve that night.

Laundry Bar : What a nice place to chill.. I don't mind playing here one day =)

We reached there quite early thou. They were doing soundcheck.

bass : dumdumdumdung....
drums : duk dak duk duk dak chas chas!!

While waiting for Taiko Darren to finish his soundcheck with the band, we camwhor-ed a lil bit. hehe.. oh ya, Darren is the lead vocalist/acoustic guitarist in the band. He is a powerful man. A good songwriter and English lecturer in LimKokWing. Salute!! ^^

Josh a.k.a. The Redneck Metalhead lol a.k.a. Lawyer in the making, is my bassist.
Daniel a.k.a. Abang Dani a.k.a. The Dude a.k.a. Ah Boy a.k.a. Multimedia Designer is my keyboardist.
Me a.k.a. Joey is me lah if you don't know. @@

They are skaters by the way. And i know they are much more skinnier than me. =.=

After the soundcheck, it was around 6pm. We went IKEA to have our late lunch. Ei? Yea... you can call that early dinner if you want. ^^

After makan, it was still quite early around 7:30pm. (The performance started around 9:30pm) And so the 3 of us went Cineleisure to lepak.

After playing some games, we passed by the cinema.

Out of no way, we decided to come back again the next day to watch a movie.


A Perfect Getaway

We even bought the tickets as a covenant to each other. HAHA. So that not one of us will FFK tomorrow. Smart idea kan? Muahahahahaha XD

AAaaaaaaa.. another hour to kill.... >_<
So we went BORDERS and checkout some books.
(very unexpected kan? Metalheads in the bookstore \m/)



Suddenly felt thirsty, and we went and chill at teh tarik place @ The Curve and had a cup of tea before the show. =)

After that we got back to Laundry Bar and the show ngam ngam started!! WOW!!

After the show, we salam and fellowship for awhile with the band and some other people over there. And i met some church members as well. They came to support Leonard the guitarist of the band who attends CHC as well. =)

Then we chao around 11:30pm.
Woooo.... What a day mannn... Tired giler... >_<
But exam habis kan? Still a great nite!!!
Cant wait for the next day!! ^^
